Coronavirus: Important Information for our Customers
We are writing this today in light of the current public health crisis regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).
First and foremost, the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority.
As the situation continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring its development and potential impact on our business and our supply chain and delivery operators.
At this time, we are open and operating as usual. We have put in place precautionary measures to mitigate the risks associated with coronavirus, following the latest government advice and WHO guidelines.
Some points to note:
For the foreseeable future, we are operating as we usually do during the busy Christmas period and working around the clock to ensure much-needed address signs are dispatched as quickly and as humanly possible. 3-5 Days for Standard Signs and 5-7 days for larger and freestanding signs.
For peace of mind when taking delivery of your order, our delivery partners are changing their processes at the point of delivery, to ensure the safety of their staff and customers, so please do follow their guidance when receiving your order.
Although we have been informed our timber supplies shouldn't be affected for the foreseeable future, this may change as this Pandemic continues. We will always post updates on our website should the need arise.
Most of all, in the coming days and weeks you should be confident that we will be doing all we can to protect our amazing, hard-working and caring colleagues as well as ensuring your safety and continued access to our hand made products.
