Coronavirus: Important Information for our Customers
OPERATIONAL UPDATE:
First and foremost, Happy New Year - this year isn't off to the best start but it is offering hope for a positive and healthy future.
We are taking extra precautions to protect our small Bramble team in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic. They are doing a fantastic job in manufacturing and getting orders dispatched as quickly as possible, but we are experiencing a much higher demand than normal. As a result, your order may take a little longer than usual to process and dispatch.
We want to assure you, we are doing our best to make sure you are still getting the best possible service. We are working very hard to answer your calls and emails quickly and keep up with demand although this is tough due to staff shortage. This means if we are struggling to keep up with demand, we may need to temporarily restrict the numbers of orders being placed to make sure we are, as always, acting in your interests.

We only put signs into production when you are 100% happy with the artwork and we will send you an email notification once your order has been dispatched which will include all relevant shipping details.
