Yes it was totally excellent.
From start to finish; everything was handled in such a professional manner. They sent 5 possible engravings of the sign and asked me to select 1. After that; they explained how long it'd take and the multiple steps invoiced. Finally, when I received it I was in shock that the quality was absolutely amazing. The engraving and finish were just wow. Took more than 2 weeks from order to delivery but it was worth it.
